The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on Wednesday approved the prospectus for initial public offering (IPO) of Crystal Insurance Company Limited to raise Tk16 crore.
The stock market regulator also approved two bonds in favour of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited for Tk500 crore and Aamra Networks Limited for Tk100 crore.
The BSEC gave the approval at a commission meeting held in the capital on the day, presided by its chairman Prof Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam.
Under the fixed price method, Crystal Insurance Company will offload 1.60 crore ordinary shares for Tk10 each.
