Earlier Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Tosrifa Industries Ltd (from Northern Tosrifa Group) was approved on last February 10th, 2015. The companies Subscription date was continued 24-31 March 2015 and for NRB it was closed on 9th April 2015. Tosrifa will issued worth 63,87,21,200 taka to float 2,45,66,200 ordinary shares at offer value at 26/- alongwith 16 taka as premium.
Tosrifa Industries net asset value (NAV) is Tk 34.41 and earning per share (EPS) of Tk 2.43 for the year ended on December 31, 2013 as per financial statement ended on December 31, 2013. Tosrifa Industries will use that IPO fund/money for their company’s Business expansion and to bear the IPO expenses.
IDLC Investment Ltd will acts as a issue managers of the Tosrifa Industries IPO.

& Mutual Fund=Tk. 816,218,000 (1,56,965 applications).
Total subscription received=Tk. 6,703,694,400 (12,89,172 applications) against Public Issue of IPO of Tk. 638,721,200 (1,22,831 lots) which is over subscribed by 10.50 times then IPO size.
General (73,698 lots) = 13.47 times.
Affected (24,566 lots) = 4 times.
NRB (12,283 lots) = 3.35 times.
MF (12,283 lots) = 12.77 times.
But overall Total (1,22,831 lots) = 10.50 times.
