Re-opening of Subscription Period of Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Argon Denims Limited.This is for information of all concerned that SEC has approved the re-opening of subscription of Argon Denims Limited at a discounted offer of issue price of Tk. 35 per share, including premium of Tk. 25 each in 449th Commission meeting held on 16.10.2012. The approved subscription date of “Argon Denims limited” is for General Public from 26.11.2012 to 02.12.2012 and for NRB from 26.11.2012 to 11.12.2012 respectively.

Regulator approves ARGON DENIMS LTD IPO
The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise Tk 105 crore. Argon Denims Ltd’ will float 3, 00, 00,000 ordinary shares of Tk 10 each at an offer price of Tk 35, including a premium of Tk 25.The company will use the IPO proceeds for expansion and purchase of new machinery and to meet its working capital requirement.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 5.46 as per the 2011
Financial Statements. LankaBangla Investments Ltd. and Satcom IT Ltd.
have been appointed as Issue Manager and Post Issue Manager respectably
by Argon Denims Ltd.
