(DSE Member # 139) passed away on December 11, 2012 at Bangladesh time 10:40 AM at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore (Innah…...Razeun).   The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to purchase a floor space measuring 6,781 sft. along with a car parking space for 7 vehicles at a cost of Tk. 12,000.00 per sft. at Ritz Tower (Level-2), 1 Dargagate, Sylhet for shifting of Dargagate Branch, Sylhet and Islamic Banking Window which is at present attached with Stadium Branch, Sylhet subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank. The building is expected to be completed within 3 months.
